Front of House Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time)

New Store Opening – Dún Laoghaire

We're excited to be opening our brand-new Pantry Café & Restaurant in Dún Laoghaire and are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our opening team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting new café from day one, delivering exceptional customer service in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in a Front of House or similar hospitality role.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.
  • Thrive in a busy environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Be reliable, flexible, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a busy café environment.
  • Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
  • Build great rapport with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
  • Operate the till accurately and handle cash responsibly.
  • Complete HACCP records and assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Support the team with the day-to-day running of the café.
