Location: Co. Tipperary
Salary: €38,000 - €40,000

The Role
We are currently recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a successful retail store in Clonmel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take full responsibility for store performance and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to support career progression and strong performance

  • Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to drive commercial success

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

  • Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor

About You

  • Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or footwear retail

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance

  • Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and passionate about customer experience

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Full visa to work in Ireland full time
