The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA and supports recruitment activities across Europe & the Middle East. The TA Specialist’s responsibilities feed into our objective of delivering superior TA experience and will collaborate with colleagues on deploying key recruitment and branding programs to enhance performance of the function.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Prioritise and proactively manage requisition volume to deliver superior TA experience for internal clients and candidates.

  • Develop candidate pipelines for business groups from initial outreach and engagement to application and hire.

  • Seek out, and report on, market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction and sourcing methodologies.

  • Provide consistent levels of service delivery to hiring teams and stakeholder groups on recruitment efforts, supported by regular in-person meetings and reporting.

  • Work with cross-functional team members to implement TA projects, including career fairs, referral programs, EVP development, and technology infrastructure.

What You Bring

In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:

  • Ideally 3-4+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency or corporate Talent Acquisition function

  • Proven success of sourcing passive candidates in local and overseas markets on social media, including LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Experience working with the candidates within the financial services industry is preferred, but not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and composure when dealing with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
  • Proactive with excellent organisational skills, possessing strong attention to detail and be able to manage own time effectively.
