Your Role

• Provide person-centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and independent living skills.
• Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with New Directions.
• Support service users with personal care, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
• Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records in line with HIQA standards and TerraGlen policies.
• Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and quality improvements.
• Work collaboratively as part of a warm, respectful team environment.

What You'll Need

• Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU-approved discipline.
• CORU Registration (or proof of CORU application)
• Recognised qualification route or
• Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
• Full, clean Driving Licence with minimum two years' experience.
• A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.

Vetting Requirement

• Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through the National Vetting Bureau.
