Recruiter
6 Month Contract - €40-45K
North County Dublin [2 days in Office, 3 days WFH]
Cadent Sourcing is working with an expanding Engineering company in the aviation sector.
Due to this growth, they are seeking an Experienced Recruiter for a fixed term contract.
The role will involve supporting hiring managers during the interview process, liaising with sourcing partners and managing candidates experience, admin & engagement.
Required:
- 3+ years experience in an in-house recruitment role.
- Experience in managing candidate experience, including interview scheduling.
- Experience in direct screening/interviewing of candidates.
- Skilled in Reporting on recruitment data.
- Proven success in stakeholder relationship management
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS/ATS, is an advantage
Duties:
- Support Hiring Manager in the recruitment for their teams
- Liaise with sourcing partners regarding open vacancies and priorities.
- Conduct 1st stage Interviews for select positions
- Progress and Update reporting
- Support HR Business Partner
- Recruitment Admin (Offers, Contracts Etc)
