Recruiter

6 Month Contract - €40-45K

North County Dublin [2 days in Office, 3 days WFH]

Cadent Sourcing is working with an expanding Engineering company in the aviation sector.

Due to this growth, they are seeking an Experienced Recruiter for a fixed term contract.

The role will involve supporting hiring managers during the interview process, liaising with sourcing partners and managing candidates experience, admin & engagement.

Required:

  • 3+ years experience in an in-house recruitment role.
  • Experience in managing candidate experience, including interview scheduling.
  • Experience in direct screening/interviewing of candidates.
  • Skilled in Reporting on recruitment data.
  • Proven success in stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS/ATS, is an advantage

Duties:

  • Support Hiring Manager in the recruitment for their teams
  • Liaise with sourcing partners regarding open vacancies and priorities.
  • Conduct 1st stage Interviews for select positions
  • Progress and Update reporting
  • Support HR Business Partner
  • Recruitment Admin (Offers, Contracts Etc)
