We are currently looking to recruit a Experienced Bar and Wait Staff to join our Food and Beverage Team . This ideal candidate must be flexible and available full time midweek and weekends.

Main Purpose of the Job: We are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our busy Restaurant department. Flexible availability is required.
All Food & Beverage assistants will strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction levels and are dedicated to achieving service excellence. Achieving Service Excellence means delivering a level and consistency of customer care that constantly exceeds customer expectations.

The Hotel:

Situated in North Cork, on the Limerick boarder.One of Six properties within the Só Hotel Group. Só Hotel group we invest in people, providing clear professional growth including team and management development. We believe great hospitality is provided by great people!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To offer the highest level of guest service in all Food & Beverage areas, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.
  • To work as part of the team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being flexible with working hours.
  • Punctually attend work with a high standard of personal appearance and uniform.
  • Take food & beverage orders in a consistent, uniformed and professional manner.
  • To be able to carry crockery, place settings and glassware in the appropriate standard while serving food & beverage following the correct etiquette.
  • To be aware of the laws involving service of alcohol.

The ideal candidate:

  • · Will be bubbly and enthusiastic
  • · Previous experience in a bar/waiting position
  • · Strong attention to detail
  • · Excellent communication skills
  • · Have a positive attitude with a great work ethic and a can do attitude
