Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to join the team at our small boutique hotel.

The role will involve welcoming guests, managing bookings and enquiries, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service throughout each guest’s stay.

We are happy to consider applicants for either full-time or part-time hours. Please state clearly on your application whether you are applying for the full-time or part-time position.

Previous hotel or reception experience is an advantage along with experience with booking and messaging systems such as Little hotelier/Siteminder, Duve and OTA's. Ideally the candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar environment.

Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
