Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin & Maintenance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week), working Saturday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to short-term guest queries via email and booking platforms
  • Answer phone calls and provide professional customer service
  • Attend to small maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing toilet seats, minor adjustments)
  • Check apartment cleaning standards following staff cleans
  • Move linen between sites as required
  • Assist with stock takes
  • Drive between sites when required (mileage paid)
  • Be available on-call on certain days of the week to respond to emergencies

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence (own car is beneficial but not essential)
  • Basic maintenance/handyman skills
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to daily requirements

Working Hours:

  • 21 hours per week – Saturday to Monday
