Dolans is an award-winning hospitality, live music and event business operating a pub, restaurant, rooftop terrace, three live music venues and major outdoor events Productions The business delivers over 500 events annually across multiple locations including Milk Market, King John's Castle, Live at the Docklands and other special event sites.

The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the administration function across Dolans. The role combines office management,executive support, accounts administration, event administration, HR support, procurement, compliance, customer service.

The successful candidate will act as the central administrative hub of the organization, ensuring effective communication between management, staff, suppliers, artists, promoters and customers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an office management, operations or administration role.
  • Experience within hospitality, entertainment, music, events or tourism sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with accounts administration.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Full clean driving licence.
