Position: Floor Staff

Location: Dorset Street, Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible shifts available)
Reports To: Floor Manager / General Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our Dorset Street team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute positively to our team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues confidently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
  • Support the bar and kitchen teams during busy service periods
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred (1 year minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid right to work in Ireland

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
  • Cash handling and POS system experience
