Restaurant Business Development jobs

Dargle Restaurants Limited, T/A PI Pizzas, seeks a Business Development Manager to join
their team.

The role includes:

Working closely with senior management to support the development and expansion of the
company’s food and beverage offering and overall business operations;

Contributing to the development of business growth strategies and identifying new
commercial opportunities within the hospitality market;

Conducting market analysis and evaluating customer trends, preferences, and feedback in
relation to menus, pricing, and service delivery;

Supporting the company’s market positioning and assisting with the planning of business
development and promotional initiatives;

Identifying and developing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships to support
business growth;

Analysing business performance data and preparing reports with strategic recommendations
for senior management;

Supporting the development of operational improvements to enhance customer experience
and business efficiency;

Providing guidance and support to team members in line with business development
objectives;

Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in the
restaurant and hospitality sector.

Applicants must have 2 years' experience in a related role.

Salary: €40,000 per annum.
Contract: full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week.
