Full job description

We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Chef de Partie to join Cora.

Cora is a modern neighbourhood restaurant focused on great ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and genuine hospitality. This is a chance to grow in a kitchen that values creativity, precision, and learning.

You’ll work with chefs trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Run your section and maintain high standards.
  • Work with the senior kitchen team to deliver excellent dishes.
  • Assist with mise en place and service.
  • Maintain food hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Contribute ideas for menus and seasonal dishes.
  • Support junior team members.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up.
  • Is organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
  • Takes pride in quality food.
  • Has a passion for cooking and learning.
  • Works well in a close-knit team.
  • Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
