Seeking experienced full time floor staff for a Dublin City Center venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on arrival in warm and friendly manner
  • Full knowledge of all menu and drink items
  • Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
  • Ensure cleanliness of tables and restaurant area
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Must have 1 years experience in similar position
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly manner
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • Standards driven and detail-orientated
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Excellent personal presentation.
