Exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Manager and lead a dynamic, fast-paced F&B environment to success!
Job purpose:
The Deputy Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient staff performance. You will assist in managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance in brand standards, health and safety standards, and driving overall profitability. In the absence of the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for all aspects of restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling and
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address any customer issues or complaints.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience.
- Monitor and maintain HACCP policies for all restaurant activities across shifts.
- Support inventory management, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships.
- Help analyse sales, control costs, and work to meet financial targets.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Motivate and lead the team to meet performance and service goals.
- Assist compliance with brand operational standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and implement local marketing opportunities.

Accessing the airport:
A five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage or please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
