Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the operations of a high-volume 5-star hotel with multiple F&B outlets in the heart of Dublin. This dynamic venue includes a large bar and restaurant hosting events, cocktail masterclasses, and live sports, as well as a larger corporate space for meetings, events, and private functions.

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic leader with expertise in event management, cost control, and supplier/vendor relations to maximize revenue and enhance guest experience in this already thriving location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth by collaborating with the Head Chef and Sales & Marketing teams on innovative strategies.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize labor efficiency to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to enhance sales and profit margins.
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences, addressing feedback professionally and proactively.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining offerings to align with customer demand.
  • Oversee stock control and weekly stock-taking, ensuring cost efficiency and agreed profit margins.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior food & beverage management role within a hotel or similar high-volume setting.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • A people-focused leader with excellent team development and training skills.
  • A passion for exceptional guest service and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Knowledge of current F&B trends and the ability to adapt offerings to market demands.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
