Assistant Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Hotel |Dublin South
Salary Guide: €60,000 - €65,000

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury hotel for an experienced and driven Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-end property in a senior leadership role, overseeing all F&B operations and driving service excellence and profitability.

Job Summary

As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead and manage all restaurant, bar, banqueting, and in-room dining operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and ensuring the highest standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, and events
  • Lead, develop, and manage F&B management teams and staff
  • Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across all outlets
  • Ensure exceptional service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and product offering
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards
  • Enhance guest satisfaction, monitor feedback, and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, events, and F&B strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, F&B Operatrions or senior F&B leader in a luxury or 4/5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commercially focused with a track record in driving revenue and controlling costs
  • Experience managing large teams and multi-outlet operations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
