Full job description

Salary: Starting from €42,000 per year + Profit Sharing
Accommodation available if required

General manager required to head up a dynamic and fast-paced team in a well established premises just 10 minutes from Letterkenny, Co Donegal.

This position would suit someone who is looking for a competitive salary and is also an opportunity to relocate to Donegal.

Duties include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Managing, supporting and motivating staff.
  • Ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing costs, budgets and overall business performance.
  • Organising staff and daily operations.
  • Identifying ways to improve the business and increase profitability.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

Ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years proven experience in bar/restaurant management or similar.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to work.
  • Someone reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
  • A good understanding of business operations and costs.
