Duty Manager

Errigal Country House Hotel – Co. Cavan

Errigal Country House Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our growing management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy 4-star hotel, wedding venue, restaurant, and spa environment. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations
  • Lead and support staff across departments
  • Ensure excellent guest service standards
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
  • Support weddings, events, restaurant, and bar operations
  • Assist with staff training and team management

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality management/supervisory experience
