Full job description

We are expanding our business in Kinsale and are now seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.

Reporting directly to the owners, you will help oversee the running of the Restaurant.

Role:

This is a full-time position working an average of 39 hours per week, 5 evenings over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for a candidate who has the following

  • Somelier experience
  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail, high standards!
  • Ability to liaise with the kitchen team on menu’s/food related matters.
  • Can lead by example and motivate a team
  • Ability to build, train & retain a team
  • Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done
  • Excellent people skills and be extremely customer focused
  • HACCP trained
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • You enjoy working in the hospitality industry and want to progress your career
