Airport Lounge Supervisor

Dublin Airport - Full time

Please note: Due to airport security requirements, applicants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining, have a minimum B2 level of English, and be able to successfully complete Garda Vetting and Aviation Security Clearance. Employment is conditional upon meeting all of these requirements.

We are seeking an exceptional Lounge Host to join our premium airport lounge team at Dublin Airport. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire lounge experience. Warm, welcoming and highly professional, you will deliver an effortless arrival experience while providing the personalised service expected within a premium hospitality environment. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Verify lounge eligibility and complete guest check-in efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about lounge facilities, food and beverage offerings, and available services.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance throughout their visit.
• Build rapport with guests while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with confidence and empathy.
• Support the lounge team in maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards.
• Ensure the reception area remains immaculate and reflects the premium nature of the lounge.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy when processing bookings and guest information

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality or premium service role.
• Experience within luxury hotels, executive lounges, concierge services, premium retail, airlines or high-end hospitality is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A naturally warm, engaging and professional manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and processing guest information accurately.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible approach to working shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Eligibility to work within the security requirements of Dublin Airport.
