Are you a dedicated and friendly individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest service? Ballygarry Estate is seeking a reliable Night Porter to join our team


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist overnight guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
  • Maintain security and safety of the premises during the night shift
  • Handle late check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with basic housekeeping and maintenance tasks as required
  • Ensure the hotel's integrity and confidentiality are maintained at all times


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during night hours
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
