Assistant General Manager – Hawksmoor Dublin
Since 2006, Hawksmoor has been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with award-winning wines and cocktails. Hawksmoor Dublin brings this celebrated hospitality to the heart of Ireland — set in the historic former National Bank building on College Green, with a magnificent cast iron dome and elegant bar spaces. It has quickly become one of the most talked-about restaurants in the city, known for exceptional food, service and atmosphere.

As Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll be a senior leader on the ground, supporting the General Manager to run a restaurant that people come to for special occasions, group celebrations and world-class hospitality. You’ll be part of the leadership team, helping coach and develop staff, deliver seamless service and ensure both guests and team members feel welcomed and looked after — just as we do across the rest of the Hawksmoor group.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the General Manager in leading daily operations and delivering Hawksmoor standards of service and hospitality
  • Coach, motivate and develop the team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, ensuring smooth service from start to finish
  • Help drive commercial performance through service excellence, table management and local relationships
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to ensure seamless coordination across services
  • Assist with team recruitment, training and onboarding
