Full job description

At Dean Group we design and operate hotels that are rich with character and rooted in culture, from our flagship The Dean hotels to our one-of-a-kind independent hotels like The Leinster. Born in Dublin, we're growing into a global collection of hotels spanning Europe and the US. We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Ireland to help tell the story of our Irish hotels, restaurants and Power locations to local audiences.

The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive awareness, covers, revenue and guest loyalty across the group's current Irish portfolio, in particular across the hotel restaurants.

The role combines commercial thinking with creative execution, ensuring every venue has a clear marketing calendar aligned to business priorities while maintaining consistency with the overall brand.

Success is measured through revenue growth, covers, campaign performance, guest engagement and return on marketing investment.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the Venues Strategy

Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns that drive awareness, guest engagement, and revenue for our Irish properties. You'll adapt group campaigns for local relevance while developing market- and property-specific activity that speaks to regional audiences.

  • Guard the Brands (Locally)

Act as the local brand guardian for all of our Irish properties, including our F&B outlets and Power, our wellness/fitness brand, ensuring everything we put out adheres to our group and venue brand guidelines.

  • Own our Local Digital Presence

Oversee digital marketing for our Irish properties alongside our Head of Digital, from website content and email campaigns to social media engagement, ensuring our online presence feels as welcoming as our hotels.

  • Drive Revenue Generation

Develop and lead on driving covers and spend in our F&B venues. Support the promotion of private dining, group and events to drive pre-booked sales.

  • Content & Social Planning

Oversee content calendars across our Irish brands, including photography, video and storytelling. Liaise with our content partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across channels.

  • Develop Campaigns that Resonate

Plan and execute campaigns for hotel openings, seasonal menu development and activations, and cultural collaborations, including chef partnerships.

  • Build Partnerships

Work in partnership with Brand, Operations and Programming to drive media, event, influencer and cultural activations. Build and nurture relationships with local partners that strengthen brand awareness and enhance the guest experience.

  • Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with property-level General Managers, F&B teams, and the commercial team to deliver successful campaigns that deliver strong ROI, aligning with trading needs whilst strengthening brand positioning.

Who You Are

You've got 3-5 years of marketing experience, in hospitality or restaurants. You know how to deliver creative multi-channel campaigns that drive results. You will have an understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation and loyalty. You have excellent project management and organisational skills, the ability to think creatively and strong attention to detail. A proven track record of working independently while collaborating with group and local teams is a must, as is flexibility to attend events, openings and activations outside of regular office hours.

Benefits:

  • Global discounted staff room rates across the group
  • 50% off Food and 25% Beverage across the group
  • Accrued Annual Leave with Service
  • Friends and Family discount
  • Gym Membership Discounts*
  • Continual training and development

  • Wellness at work events and access to wellness platform
  • Employment Assistance Programme
  • Group discounts for cinema tickets, shopping deals etc
  • Team appreciation days
  • Service recognition
