Bective House is a 180 acres stud farm in Co. Meath and is located on the banks of the river Boyne. The house lies midway between Navan and Trim and is easily accessible from both Town Centres. Bective Estate was set up in 2016 and has been extensively developed over the last few years with further exciting plans currently in development by the owners.

The Role

We are currently looking for a enthusiastic Full Time Barista who is passionate about Coffee & excellent service, as at Bective we are committed to the delivery of quality food & beverages in relaxed surroundings.

  • Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to maintaining high standards and delivering great coffees & beverages to every guest, every time.
  • Are great team members with great personalities and a love of the service industry. Previous restaurant experience a bonus.
  • Are able to create a unique experience for our customers and create perfect drinks with the perfect service and guest interaction.
  • Have experience of working in an environment where high standards are maintained by frequent audits and due diligence requirements e.g. HACCP & Health Safety Policy
  • Are available to work flexible shift patterns across a seven-day operational business
  • Have essential previous hospitality experience and knowledge, and a desire to progress.
  • Can comply with all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the friendly, efficient and quality service to all our guests in a clean, hygienic and safe environment
  • Will maintain all our coffee, food and service standards, through serving food and beverages to guests safely, effectively and efficiently while offering suggestions for upselling such as seasonal roasts.
