Full job description

Cafe Sabrosa is seeking an experienced Barista. If you have experience working in a busy cafe/restaurant providing excellent customer service and you enjoy being part of a professional and friendly team, this is the role for you.

What we are looking for

  • minimum 2 years experience working as a barista
  • confident dialling in espresso and maintaining quality throughout service with excellent milk texturing
  • comfortable working efficiently during busy service periods
  • friendly, professional with a strong work ethic
  • available for minimum 4 shifts per week including weekends

Your responsibilities

  • maintaining coffee quality and workflow throughout service
  • delivering warm friendly customer service
  • assisting in opening and closing procedures
  • working closely with team members to ensure drinks service matches food service
