Full job description

The ideal candidate will be flexible with a can-do attitude.

Candidate must be 20 years old or above,

And be Available for Thursday to Monday Work

(Hours May Vary)

Required Criteria

Minimum of 3 years experience Managing or Assisting in an Irish Bar / Restaurant

Must be English Speaking and Living in the area

Proven experience as a hospitality leader

Strong leadership and people management skills

Passion for food, service, and guest experience

Commercial mindset with strong operational knowledge

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

About you:

  • You have 2 year + of experience in this position
  • You have excellent English language skills
  • You are a real team player
  • You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations across bar, restaurant, cafe and events.
  • Lead and mentor staff to ensure service excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective planning, marketing initiatives, and local engagement.
  • Stock management.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards in customer service, cleanliness, presentation, and staff training.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Deliver consistent operational improvements and support long‑term business goals.
