At Gourmet Food Parlour, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Front of House Waiting Staff in our stunning Dunshaughlin restaurant. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
  • Order Accuracy: Ensure that all orders are accurately recorded and delivered to the kitchen promptly.
  • Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and properly set for the next guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely, including processing payments and giving correct change.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications:
