Full job description

We are now recruiting a full time Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Cork city to join our existing management team.

We are a restaurant of 140 covers over 2 floors in the heart of Cork and we are dedicated to providing the best possible food, working closely with local producers and showcasing the best Irish produce. We open 7 days per week. During the summer we add an extra 60 covers on our terrace in the heart of Cork.

Our dedicated, award winning team work closely to ensure the best possible guest experience. Our service style is warm, informative and welcoming. We are a certified Great Place to Work for the third year in a row.

You will join a professional and motivated management team that is well supported and resourced. You will work closely with our owners to ensure that the standards that we offer continue to develop and that all guest requirements are met.

You’ll need to have at least 4 years experience at a management level in a similar setting. You’ll be financially and computer literate, used to managing and working with a committed team and be interested in all of the further growth opportunities our company has to offer.

We take for granted that you love food, are calm, professional and would like a challenge.

We do not accept applications from abroad and only interview in person. Ideally you will have tried our restaurant and will be excited about the difference you can make by starting a management career with us.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
