Tempest Recruitment are hiring. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to lead a team in a 4 star family dining restaurant located within 15 minutes of Killarney, Co. Kerry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate and execute events, including banquets and weddings, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a 3–4 star restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong background in events management, particularly banqueting and weddings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting from €35,000 per annum.
