The Person

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food and delivering an excellent guest experience
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor during busy periods
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control and supplier management
  • An understanding of food and labour costs and basic financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and health & safety
  • An interest in speciality coffee and contemporary food
  • The initiative and commercial awareness to identify opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the business

Above all, we are looking for someone with energy, ambition and a strong work ethic who wants to become an important part of a growing independent restaurant.

What We Offer

  • €42,000–€48,000 salary, depending on experience
  • The opportunity to play a key role in a successful and rapidly growing restaurant
  • Genuine autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with the owners
  • The opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled Michelin-trained kitchen team

  • Opportunity for career progression as the business continues to grow
