- Ensure all hospitality and catering services are delivered to the highest standards, identifying opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining open communication and exceeding expectations.
- Analyse and manage all in-unit costs effectively, ensuring commercial targets are met.
- Monitor, record, and minimise food waste in line with sustainability goals.

- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards across the operation.
- Encourage participation in engagement initiatives such as ‘Your Voice’ and implement resulting action plans.
- Conduct regular team briefings, fostering a positive, motivated, and high-performing culture.
About You:

- Strong background in hospitality, including restaurants, hotels, or high-end/fine dining environments.
- A hands-on leader with a passion for food, service excellence, and team development.
- Demonstrated success in business development, financial management, and operational leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A natural leader who can inspire, coach, and develop others.
- IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
