Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Efficiency Manager to support our bars and restaurants in managing day-to-day operating costs while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.

This role would suit someone with strong management experience in the bar, restaurant, or wider hospitality industry, who understands the real costs involved in running a busy venue — from labour and rosters to stock control, overheads, margins, waste, utilities, and general operating expenses.

Package of up to €80k for the right candidate

About The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with venue managers and senior teams to review how each business is operating, identify areas where costs can be better controlled, and support practical improvements that make a genuine difference. This is not just a desk-based or spreadsheet-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands hospitality from the floor up, knows how busy venues work, and can balance cost efficiency with excellent customer service.
