Vienna Woods Hotel are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our friendly and professional Food and Beverage Team.

Reporting directly to the Director / General Manager, and help oversee the running of the hotel which includes Restaurant, and busy function room.

This is an exciting opportunity - we are shortly due to extend our restaurant so we are looking for a person who can fit in to our existing time - make improvements where needed and is not afraid to get stuck in and take on a hugely important role.

We are looking for a candidate who has the following:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Restaurant within a 4* Hotel
  • Excellent attention to detail, high standards
  • Can lead by example and motivate a large team
  • Ability to build, train & retain a team
  • Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done
  • Excellent communication and guest relation skills
  • You enjoy working in the hospitality industry and want to progress your career
