Due to the nature of our business at Wildlands, we offer an excellent work life balance with the majority of operational days in the food and beverage setting closing at 7pm. As well as this we do not use split shifts and offer consistent days off which are back-to-back

About Wildlands
Wildlands is an award winning and unique adventure and accommodation development with restaurant and events room set within 20 acres of mature woodlands, on the N59 overlooking Ballyquirke Lough in Moycullen, Co. Galway. Wildlands opened in 2020 and consists of:

· An adventure park with activities for all ages.

· An elevated light-filled events space which holds 200+ overlooking the development.

· A contemporary 150-seater restaurant, the Olive Tree Kitchen.

Have previous experience in a food and beverage setting working in a high volume, quality restaurant environment or previous experience in coffee house, restaurant or cafe.

The Role:

We’re looking for Team Leaders / Supervisors to join our team at The Olive Tree Kitchen Restaurant at Wildlands. You'll help to manage the day to day shift, motivating the team and ensuring our high standards are in place throughout the business.

Report to:
Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager.

Start Date:
October 2026.

About You:

● Have previous experience in a similar role
