Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy fast-casual restaurant in Dublin.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with QSR, fast food, or café management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage staff rotas, labour costs, and attendance
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and waste control
  • Ensure food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
  • Achieve sales targets and control costs
  • Handle customer issues professionally
  • Report directly to ownership / head office

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Background in fast food, QSR, café, or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP and Irish food safety standards
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland
