Restaurant Manager – Il Corvo Italian Cuisine Restaurant - Drumcondra Dublin 9

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to take ownership of our beautifully established 90-seat Italian restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about exceptional food, outstanding service, and building a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

· Leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

· Driving business performance, sales, and profitability.

· Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a strong front-of-house team.

· Setting, maintaining, and continuously improving the highest service standards.

· Working closely with the Head Chef to develop and promote seasonal menus and daily specials.

· Creating exciting food and beverage promotions to maximise revenue.

· Introducing and developing an attractive cocktail offering.

· Preparing staff rotas while managing labour costs effectively.

· Ensuring excellent guest experiences and handling customer feedback professionally.

· Taking full ownership of the restaurant's performance and continuously looking for opportunities to grow the business.

· Driving the restaurant's social media presence and local marketing initiatives.

· Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

· At least 4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy, quality restaurant.

· Proven ability to drive sales and grow a successful hospitality business.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Experience training and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

· Excellent organisational and rostering skills.

· A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.

· A passion for Italian cuisine, food, wine, and hospitality.

· Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

· The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
