As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our new restaurant in Lucan Village, Co. Dublin.

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and help shape the continued growth of our new restaurant. This is a key leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team culture, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled and creative Michelin trained kitchen team with an innovative approach to menu development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Manage staff scheduling, rota planning, and payroll coordination
  • Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Monitor costs, margins, and overall financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Address customer feedback professionally and proactively
  • Work closely with the owners to develop and implement new ideas, menus, and promotions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to work on the floor during busy periods
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, including speciality coffee and daytime, quick-service dining
  • Experience with stock management and basic financial reporting
  • A passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere
