The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills in a high-standard dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wines, and drinks
  • Support bar operations, including preparing and serving beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floor and bar areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience
