Full job description

The Keadeen Hotel Newbridge is seeking a talented and passionate Full Time Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Head Chef in creating and preparing high-quality dishes
  • Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment
  • Proficient in all areas of the kitchen and familiar with a variety of cooking techniques
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
