Overview
Zambrero is a quick-service Mexican restaurant by trade and a humanitarian, socially responsible organisation by values. At Zambrero, we source the best ingredients, which are prepared and served in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are seeking enthusiastic experienced deli/catering team players who enjoy a fun environment, to join our friendly team! Must be available to work at least two morning shifts and two closing shifts .This role might suit a part-time student.

Our crew takes pride in preparing and serving Zambrero’s delicious food. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be required to consistently follow Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures, cleaning and sanitation to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. (HAACP Trained)
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimise waste.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
