Full job description

Experienced Floor Supervisors required to join the Management team at an exciting new 3 Brothers venue opening soon in Swords.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry in Ireland.
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
  • Solid understanding of bar and restaurant operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.

The position will involve:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the bar and dining area, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of customer care.
  • Supervising and coordinating the waiting staff, assigning duties, and monitoring performance.
  • Assisting with training and development of the team, ensuring consistency in service and adherence to restaurant standards.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Liaising with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Managing table reservations, seating arrangements, and floor plans to maximize efficiency and optimize the guest experience.
  • Conducting pre-service briefings to inform staff of any special menu items, events, or guest requirements.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are consistently maintained throughout the dining area.
