Aramark are recruiting for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager at University Hospital Galway to oversee daily operations, motivate our team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience. If you love hospitality and leadership.

You Must Have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role

Experience in a high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or catering environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience managing rotas, budgets, and operational performance

Strong knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards

A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach
