The Fitzwilliam are looking for experienced Waiting/F&B Staff to join our food services team.

About The Role

Requirements:

The ideal candidates will have :

• Previous experience in a 5 star hotel environment is preferred, though not essential
• Familiarity with breakfast or all day dining service.
• Experience with POS systems
• Barista or beverage service experience
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Be willing to learn and then exceed in their role
• Passionate about continued learning in the drinks & food industry
• Enjoy working within a team and on own initiative at times
• Be naturally friendly with a willingness to help exceed guests expectations
• Must be available to work on a shift basis, including weekdays and weekends
