Join our Food & Beverage Team – 4-Star Irish Hotel

We are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Bar, Food & Lobby Server to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service in a busy 4-star hotel environment.

About The Role

As a Bar, Food & Lobby Server, you will be responsible for providing welcoming and efficient service to our guests across the hotel bar and lobby areas.

Your duties will include:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Delivering food and drinks to a high standard.
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and lobby areas.
• Processing guest bills and payments accurately.
• Maintaining knowledge of our menus, beverages and daily specials.
• Working closely with the kitchen, reception and wider hotel team.
• Handling guest requests and queries in a professional manner.
• Following food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Assisting with opening, closing and general day-to-day duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service is an advantage.
• A friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
