Full job description

We are looking for a full-time food/beverage server to join our busy restaurant here in Loughrea.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that scheduled rosters are followed accordingly and arrive on time for duty.
  • Availability to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend work.
  • Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
  • Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation to ensure any tasks have been completed as agreed.
  • Ensure that customers receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Manage all customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow cash handling procedures as per company standard.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year continuous working experience in a fast paced food and beverage environment is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
  • Be passionate about the service industry
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
