CVRT Administrator - Front of House | Immediate Start Available

Location: Damastown, Dublin 15
Salary: Negotiable (probationary period for 6 Months)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day Shift (7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm and 9am - 6pm, alternating shifts)
Experience: 1 year in Administration (preferred)
Work Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the online booking and payment systems
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule and confirm vehicle appointments
  • Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with accountants, internal staff, and external departments
  • General administrative support across the business
  • Decision Making

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Garage Manager Systems (GDS) or Covis is an Advantage, but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of Commercial Vehicles - Vans, Jeeps, Trucks, Trailers is a plus but not essential
  • This is a very busy front of house reception getting busier by the day. Multi Tasking is a Must.
