Job Title: Senior Food & Beverage Hotel Operations- Front of House

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

• As Senior Food & Beverage- Front of House , you will be the face of the property, splitting your expertise between driving a busy Food & Beverage service and setting the standard at Reception.
• This is not a "sit in the office" role—we need a dynamic leader who loves being on the floor, mentoring staff, and interacting with guests.
• Key Responsibilities F&B Leadership: Lead, motivate, and organize a young, energetic team through busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring high standards and a great atmosphere.
• Front of House Excellence: Take ownership of the reception area. Implement smooth check-in/check-out procedures, manage reservations, and train the team to deliver excellent first impressions.
• Team Development: Act as a mentor to our young staff, fostering a positive working environment, building their confidence, and driving exceptional customer service. Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the 22-bedroom property, ensuring seamless communication between reception, kitchen, and floor staff.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous management or strong supervisory experience in a hospitality environment (F&B experience is essential). A proven track record of excellent reception, administration, and booking system skills to help us level up our front-of-house operations.
• A natural leader with a positive, patient attitude who excels at guiding and developing young or inexperienced team members. Strong communication and coordination skills, a welcoming personality, and a sharp eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts according to business needs.
