We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Bar & Restaurant team at The Maritime Hotel in Bantry. In this role, you will be the face of our service, providing a warm welcome to guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with table setup and clearing throughout service
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, including cocktails
Ensure a consistent and high standard of service at all times
Share knowledge of the local area and provide personal recommendations to guests
Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Maintain a clean, well-organized and fully stocked restaurant and bar area

What We’re Looking For

An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
A strong team player who takes pride in delivering great guest experiences
Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus
