The Person:

We are looking to recruit individuals to work in our Food and Beverage facilities. You must be passionate about people, about maintaining and driving standards, and about providing superb guest service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Previous 4/5-Star hotel experience of large-scale F&B service
  • A willingness to do shift work, including evenings and weekends
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage procedures/service at busy functions
  • Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards

Applicants must be available to work over 7 days.
