The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leads by example and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, leading and motivating the team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the day-to-day running of restaurant service.
● Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver friendly, professional and efficient service.
● Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality.
● Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
● Manage staff rotas and support recruitment and training where required.
● Monitor stock levels, place orders and oversee stock control to minimise waste.
● Ensure all health, safety and food hygiene standards are maintained.
● Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
● Maintain a positive, supportive and team-focused working environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
● Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
● Excellent leadership and people management skills.
● A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
● The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with stock control and staff management.
● availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
