Chef de Partie

We are a busy restaurant and our focus is on good quality food. We believe in a work life balance, consecutive days off and no split shifts and when possible 4 day working weeks. . We operate 7 days per week for lunch and dinner.

We expect the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality, a creative mind and a good work ethic. Candidate will be required to prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of two years’ experience in a busy hospitality environment

2. Have excellent customer service outlook

5. Must be fully flexible weekdays, weekends, morning and evening shifts
