Step Up as a Floor Supervisor at Roosters Piri Piri Douglas

We’re looking for a Floor Supervisor who can keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the team on point—especially when the managers off the floor.

If you’ve got leadership in your stride and a sharp eye for detail, this is your chance to take charge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your decisions make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the floor during busy shifts and in the absence of the manager

Making sure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Supporting the team—motivating staff, solving issues, and keeping service flowing
Upholding the Roosters vibe—friendly, fast, and full of flavour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00 per hour
