About Us

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our friendly team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and attentively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role (preferred but not essential — training provided)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE TO SERVE ALCOHOL.
