    • Lead the bar service, ensuring consistent quality and speed.
    • Train and mentor junior bar staff.

We are looking for an industry focused & energetic individual to join our busy & bustling Spanish Tapas restaurant management team and help us to keep improving our service and make sure our guests are feeling like home!

Excellent Tips, Sunday Premium Rate (€3.54 extra per hour), terms & conditions.

Salary negotiable & based on experience.
