Position: Floor Staff (Part-Time & Full-Time)
Location: 45 MacCurtain Street, Co. Cork
Start Date: Week Commencing 3rd August 2026.

Following the success of our award-winning Salty Dog Restaurant in Ballycotton, we're excited to bring the brand to the heart of Cork City with the opening of Salty Dog Ballycotton Cork on MacCurtain Street this August. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team.

Positions Available:

  • Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
