Full-Time Waiting Staff Wanted – Hook & Ladder, Waterford

Hook & Ladder is a family owned and run business, and our original Waterford store has been at the heart of the community for 13 years. We're looking for a full-time waiter/waitress to join our family, 30–40 hours a week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming guests and making them feel right at home
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Keeping the floor buzzing and the tables turning
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep service running smoothly
  • Being a friendly face customers remember and come back for

What we're looking for:

  • A genuinely outgoing, chatty personality ,you love talking to people and thrive on the buzz of a busy floor
  • Real commitment ; this is a full-time role and we need someone reliable for the long haul
  • Full availability during the week, including full shifts ,this isn't a role for limited or occasional hours
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential , personality and commitment matter most to us
